Cast Iron fireplace
The "Valentine" is an Original Art Nouveau Cast Iron fireplace, styled with a symmetrical pomegranate design that extends from the centre of the frieze to fill the legs of the framework.
The design is brought to life with the tile holders that sit either side of the fireplace’s artistic canopy. This very rare fireplace is over 140 years old and has been carefully restored and is in perfect condition. It is very rare to have this antique fireplace totally complete with original grate, grill and fret as seen in the first picture. The last two pictures show a similar fireplace priced with the tiles sold separately.
