Hand woven,dyed in the high mountains of Nepal by local tribesmen.
It's very unusual to get a Nepalese rug in a black colour but once you lay this anywhere on your floor,you fall in love with it.
The pattern is definitely Art Deco even though the rug is only 35 years old.
It's in very good condition.
