Antique W.H. Harling Drawing Instrument Set (c. 1890)
A fine late 19th-century Victorian precision mathematical and technical drawing instrument set by the renowned London maker W. H. Harling.
Presented in its original fitted mahogany case with dark blue velvet-lined tray and silver foil stamped silk lid marker:

Maker: W.H. Harling, London (Est. 1851)
Date: Circa 1888–1908 (based on the 47 Finsbury Pavement address)
Contents: Features ivory/bone-handled ruling pens, spring bow compasses, divider attachments, prickers, and accessories.
Case: Solid mahogany box with brass hook latch.
Condition:
Instruments are in very good antique condition with a nice age-appropriate patina.
Case shows typical exterior surface wear and scuffs consistent with age, but remains structurally sound.
Interior silk maker’s stamp is crisp and highly visible.
A great collector's piece, display item, or addition to an engineering/drafting ephemera collection.
