Antique Sarcophagus Tea Caddy Chest
This beautiful rare antique Sarcophagus Tea Caddy chest is from the 19th century. The sarcophagus box itself is sturdy with 2 hinges on the back.
There is some wear and tear due to it's old age and some damage on one of the corners that can be seen in the photos.
The inner compartments and lids that would have been inside this tea caddy are sadly lost, as is the key.
But the box is very pretty and would be a great project for someone who would like to convert it into a jewellery box.
