Antique Large French Wood Rebate / Rabbet Plane
French wooden rabbet/dado plane (rabot guillaume à biais) dating from the late 19th to early 20th century.
This model features a long 34 cm hardwood body designed for cutting clean, straight grooves and rebates. It comes complete with its original wooden wedge (coin) and a desirable hand-forged skewed iron (fer en biais) stamped with the prestigious Coulaux & Co crown-and-key logo mark.
