Late 19th century early 20th, French Third Republic Roman Catholic Religious Medal Plate, Adoption, Work of Orphans in Auteuil

Medal itself is ca. 61mm width - Depth 6mm -length 120mm & 237 grams in weight.
Case appears to be made of wood and has a hand written number inside behind top cushion
