For sale is a promotional button badge issued by Smash Hits music magazine (issue 7th to 20th February 1990). The band AND WHY NOT? featured on the cover of that magazine issue.

And Why Not? were a British trio pop group, active 1989 to 1990.

Size: about 1 1/2" diameter (38mm).
Material(s): steel body, printed inset with a clear cellulose lamination. Inset printed lithography in four-colour process.
Finish: reverse side has a tin-wash (very thin plating of tin metal).
Fitting: D-pin.
Imprint: n/a.
Approximate age: February 1990.

CONDITION:
Excellent condition. No damage. Pin in working order. Miminal wear to the tin-wash, this level of good condition hard to find with older tin-wash badges.
