For sale is a scarce and hard-to-find complete set of 3M EURO BEARS pin badges in their original case. This set was issued in 2002 by the 3M Company to commemorate the introduction of the Euro Single Currency from 1st January 2002. At the time of the introduction of the Euro, 12 countries of the European Union (EU) became its first Eurozone members.

The twelve badges in the set each represents one of the new Eurozone member states and each bear had its own name, based on typical names of each country, as well as depicting their national flags. From top left across, they are as follows:

5) Portugal - Antonio
6) Denmark - Knut
7) Netherlands - Jan

Material(s): diecast metal with screen-printed images & sealed with a clear acrylic front layer. Case of hard-plastic construction.
