Beautiful set of five handmade studio pottery goblets by Ballyneety Pottery,
Ballyneety, Co. Limerick, believed to date from the 1970s.
Each goblet has a distinctive hand-thrown, organic form, with a rich, glossy brown/olive and deep blue-green glaze.
The glaze varies naturally from piece to piece, giving the set a lovely individual character, while the interiors have an attractive blue-green/turquoise finish.
The bases are impressed Ballyneety Limerick.
