A fantastic and large Victorian book of 50 Paintings from within Dresden Gallery in ultra high quality prints, please view the selection of photos.
All 50 plates are here, however a few are mixed up as most of the pages and plates are loose from the book itself, this is a common issue with books of this period due to their experimental glue bindings.
Aside from the that, this book a beauty, would fit into any art collection.
This was previously in auction therefore a nice touch of provenance, bought from The Temple Bar Bookstore in 2024.
Also owner provenance dating 1908. And this was sold right here in Dublin at 18 Grafton Street! Now an M&S.
