15" Marble Bust of David by Michelangelo
Michelangelo was commissioned between 1501-04 to take on the enormous task of producing David in contemplation...A seventeen foot marble masterpiece.I sourced this beautiful piece in Italy..It is 15" tall on the stand and weighs 2kgs.The metal base measures 6x6".The bust has been wonderfully cast and is full of fine details.The piece been created with marble dust..A very traditional process that has been used since Roman times.It is in wonderful condition and can displayed by itself..It also turns 360 degrees on the stand.I will include safe packing and registered post in the asking price.Thanks for looking please check out my other ads.
