Vintage dragon money box
This is a saving/money box. Chinese, possibly mid century. There is a panel on the back with two words 'Smart' and 'Trust' followed by an address on the back in Amsterdam Holland. A real odd curiosity piece and if you collect money boxes this may be for you. It has lived a life and is a bit worn but hey, havent we all?
