English 1920s Art Deco Amber Glass Boudoir Trinket Set by Sowerby Glassworks Ltd. This outstanding glass trinket set is named "Butterflies & Daffodils".

Typical of decorative style and moulded glass artistry of the period. The mouldings are exceptionally well defined with butterflies, in various stages of flight,set among Art Deco stylized motifs & foliage.
Five components make up this set: A tray, A pair of candlestick holders,a lidded powder box and a trinket dish,all of which have been press-moulded using Sowerby Glassworks renowned coloured glass of the period: All components are in perfect condition save the powder jar is missing the butterfly on top.
