This appears to be a cold-cast bronze "Child of Peace" Boy(s) figurine(s) from Genesis Fine Art, Mullingar. Ireland, depicting a smiling boy holding a bird (presume dove, sign of peace) in his outstretched hand.
Engraved in the rim(s) is "Genesis" & the copyright year "2003"
Approx 17 cm high
