Good condition, no rips or tears in material, slight marks on top of armrests from underside of desk
Minor issue is that the seat slightly tilts when seat back is locked due to wear but perfectly functional - priced accordingly
Gas raising / lowering working perfectly
Can lock seat back or release to tilt with weight
