A very rare Dublin-printed edition of The Spectator, Volume VIII, published in 1737. This sought-after edition was part of the influential periodical series by Joseph Addison and Richard Steele.
Condition:
Binding: Missing spine, though one-third of the spine is still attached.
Covers: Intact but showing wear due to age.
Interior: Some pencil marks on the inside cover and blank pages at the back.
Inscription: Handwritten inscription on the first page of text.
Pages: Complete, with expected toning and wear consistent with nearly 300 years of age.
Rarity: Dublin editions are very scarce. Can potentially make double or more if rebound.
