Title: Sandow on Physical Training, a landmark book in the history of physical culture and bodybuilding. It was authored by Eugen Sandow, widely considered the "father of modern bodybuilding," and edited by G. Mercer Adam, a Scottish-born Canadian editor and publisher.
Sandow's "Grecian Ideal" was based on his measurements of classical Greek and Roman statues, which he believed represented the perfect human form.
Key Contributors, G. Mercer Adam (Editor): A former captain in the Queen's Own Rifles, he compiled and edited the work under Sandow's direction.

Condition. All inner pages are very good, pencil writing on skeleton image. Beautifully signed inner cover. Looseness to original cover, a stain to back cover and a few back pages. Any defects I viewed are in the images.
