Hoblyn's Dictionary of Terms Used in Medicine and Collateral Sciences, originally by Richard D. Hoblyn (1803–1886) and frequently updated by John A. P. Price, is a seminal 19th-century medical reference work. Later editions, including the 15th edition published by G. Bell & Sons (1912) and earlier versions by Whittaker (1899), were revised and expanded by Price to include contemporary terminology.
Editor/Reviser: John A. P. Price played a key role in updating the dictionary, particularly towards the end of the 19th and early 20th centuries.
