Presented like a scrapbook, with reprinted memorabilia and key quotes, there are 750 classic images of John, Paul, George and Ringo, many of which have never been seen until now. The text is well written, and gives the newbie an insight into how big these men were, their achievements, to many to mention here, and how a pop band sporting mop tops from Liverpool became a culture phenomenal.

The glorious pictures though really do make this a must-have for collectors of The Beatles, not only are they a feast to look at, they naturally also provide a visual record of the 1960s, the fashion and the friendship. If you love these guys, you need this book. The foreword is written by Robert Whitaker, the Beatles' official photographer.
