"Good Health & Happiness" by J Ellis Barker
Its an amazing 99 year old hardback book about staying healthy in the 1920's. Im sure many of the tips and hints are relevant today as much as they were back then. Have a look at the pictures and the contents of the book to get an idea. I have taken a picture of one particular page that took my attention which seems to advocate veganism, long before it became a modern idea.
