During the early NES days Nintendo had a very small Caroline of games which were manufactured with 5 screws. To reduce costs Nintendo revised the cart to 3 screws. Only a small number of 5 screws games exist today.

In beautiful condition through out. Box is excellent with hang tag in place, manual is near mint, and the 5 screw cart excellent.
