Hello there! My name is Simon Power.

I am a guitar and piano teacher with a Higher Diploma in Music Education from Griffith College. I have a student-centred approach which takes into account my student's interests, abilities and goals to help me cater the lesson plan to the individual. I am passionate about many wide-ranging styles including Rock, Blues, Classical & Jazz.


I generally teach at home doing 1 on 1 lessons in my private studio situated in Knocklyon which is an area clode to Templeogue (30 min bus ride from city centre).

I am also offering online lessons over zoom. Please contact me if you are looking for lessons tailored towards completing your RIAM grades, or if you just want to learn to play the piano or guitar for fun.

I charge €30.00 for a 30 min lesson and €40 for a 45 min lesson.

I also teach Ukulele and Bass for those interested.
