Motorised Bicycle Project or Spares

Motorised bicycle available for sale. It was given to me by a friend who used it in the past but can no longer ride it due to health reasons.
The bike has been stored in a garage for approximately five years and has not been used during that time. I am unable to start or operate the engine, so it will require some work and minor repairs before it can be used again.
It could be suitable for:
