As you can see in the photos, this is a universal type of bike frame.
Since it has 26-inch wheels and a long, adjustable seat post, a tall person can ride it with the seat at maximum height, or a short teenager can ride it with the seat at the lowest setting.
I think you should come see and test-ride the bike?

I've measured by your 15 inches & it's fitting with a teenagers bike. Could toy just clarify please? It's very obvious if a bike is adult or teenager. All your measurements suggest an adult height handlebars but the seat tube is very short indicating a younger person's frame.

Thanks Jacob. I'm positive to buy it but on researching I think it's a small adult bike rather than average adult bike. So I need the frame size. You can find this on the marking on the bike maybe on the seat tube pole or bavk of the saddle or pedal area. It should be noted in inches. If not, you could measure from the bottom of the seat tube pole to the top and I can figure it out.
Saturday is fine all measurements being well. I'd prefer a public place nearby please if you can suggest. Thanks.

Thank you. Yes I understand we need to give 1 hour notice & call ahead. Can you give the final measurement from saddle tip to handlebars please? This will determine the size of the frame for us. Unfortunately 4pm is not a time we can do tomorrow. Between 10am - 1pm is possible or Saturday/Sunday. Maybe once I have those measurements I'll confirm offer if 60e & we can arrange collection then. 3).from ground to handlebars is :89 cm.
