Cube Mountain bike

Needs work - spare or repair
I bought this off adverts for same price to do work on it but havent found the time. I have however cleaned the bike, adjusted brakes, adjusted derailer. Bike cannot be cycled in current condition. Anyone who is handy may be able to resolve issues. No rust on chain.

Major issues:
- Missing rear brake
- Rear wheel need trueing (not aligned)
- puncture in rear wheel

Could you measure manually? Google (again) Place the end of the tape measure directly in the center of the bottom bracket axle (the middle of the bolt that holds the pedal cranks).Measure straight up along the tube to the very top edge of the seat tube (where the seat post slides into the frame).

I'm trying to understand what size person the bike would suit is there a frame size on the bike itself. google tells me you can find the frame size on a Cube mountain bike printed on a sticker near the bottom bracket or lower seat tube area.
