My nephew is 10 and you say the bike is for a teenager. He has a bike that has 20 inch wheels and it looks much smaller than your one. Could you double check that they are only 20 inch wheels.
We might come and view the bike if that suits you

It’s for a 10 year old. So I just have to make sure it’s ok size.
Also if I cleaned it up would it look brand new. I assume brakes and gears are in good condition. How often was the bike used.

Can you tell me if the bike is stored indoors. Is there rust or chips on the paintwork.
What model bike is this? How much did it cost as I’m looking at various models in Halfords.
