@shortcircuth hi as I mentioned its being lying out in the back garden so the wheels are flat,, id say the chain needs to be cleaned up, and im sure the breaks work,,again a bit of work and I think it'll be fine.

Hi sorry if thst didn't make sense, just looking for something temporary thst is road worthy, ie, hasn't got flat tyres, chain and brakes work, have a friend who is only in Ireland for a few weeks and looking to use a bike to get around.
