Lenovo P27H20 Monitor (Mild Display Issue)

The issue on the very left of the monitor, its persistant, sometimes screen brightness makes glitch a little, itherwise works perfectly

I avoided the affected area by running a custom resolution that did not use the full panel width, which eliminated the visible artifacts during normal use.
