This is a vintage 1974 Polistil Lancia Fulvia 1600 HF diecast model in 1:25 scale.
It is specifically the "Polar Expedition" version, which features a unique splattered mud or snow effect applied to the body.. the model includes specific rally accessories like mounted spare tires, a pickaxe, and a shovel on the bonnet.

This brings back such nemories for me, was probably my favourite toy in the early 1970's, it was looked after and has been in storage for over 45 years.
Incredible condition for its age. Reluctant to part with this one...
