Honestly that's a bit too high for me but I accept it is reasonable enough. I would have gone to 140 . Look if they do not sell get back to me. In the meantime the best of luck with the sale. Your Dad was probably of my vintage. They are 00 scale I think. No hurry at my end and will still offer 140 in 6 months if still there.
