Diecast Vintage Matchbox Lotus Racing Car - Good, slightly chipped condition/No Box

Being sold from my personal model collection is this pre-owned vintage Matchbox diecast model of a Lotus Racing Car. This car is based on the Lotus 25 Climax V8 which competed in Grand Prix and Formula 1 motor racing between 1962 and 1964 winning the World Drivers Championship in 1963 with Jim Clark.

** GOOD/VERY SLIGHTLY CHIPPED ORIGINAL VINTAGE MATCHBOX MODEL WITHOUT ORIGINAL BOX **

* Matchbox launched the Lotus Racing Car in 1965. It was finished in green or orange both carrying race number 3. The car is about 1:54 scale. It was withdrawn from the range in 1970.

> Racing numbers and front yellow stripe
> Separate seated driver figure
> Yellow plastic wheels with separate black hard rubber tyres
> Unpainted silver cast base including seat, engine & gearbox

* Model in good condition with some very slight paint loss. It displays very well.
* Model has aftermarket replacement number/stripe decals and tyres
* Please examine photographs for paint condition.
* Model has been on display for the last 15 years in a glass fronted cabinet.
