Corgi Toys 302 Triumph TR2 Cream - Good Repaint not by Seller without Box
** GOOD REPAINT VINTAGE Corgi TOYS MODEL WITHOUT ORIGINAL BOX **

* Corgi Toys released No301 in July 1956 at a UK price of 3/-. It was initially produced in green and cream at about 1:43 scale. It was eventually updated to a TR3 in 1960 and given the number 305. TR2 (301) is much rarer than the TR3 (305).
* The first production TR2s were made during the summer of 1953. The Triumph TR2 (TR = Triumph Roadster) remained in production until 1955 when it was replaced with the updated TR3. In total 8,636 TR2s were produced. The TR2 used a twin SU carburettor version of the 1,991 cc four cylinder Standard Vanguard engine tuned to increase its output to 90 bhp.
