Corgi Toys 202 Morris Cowley Series 1 1955 - Good Original Condition without Box
** GOOD ORIGINAL VINTAGE CORGI TOYS MODEL WITHOUT ORIGINAL BOX **
* Gorgi Toys 202 was launched during 1956 in the new Corgi Toys range that had the advertising slogan "the ones with windows".
* Produced at 1:46 scale, the model was 91mm long. The original UK price was 2/9. It was finished in grey, blue, green and 2 tone blue/green. Corgi withdrew the Cowley in 1961. The model on sale is grey. The models were fitted with clear plastic windows but didn’t have suspension. The wheels have flat spun hubs with treaded tyres. The real Series 1 Cowley, essentially a budget version of the Morris Oxford, was launched in 1954 and replaced during 1956. It had less chrome, no heater, fixed front quarter lights and a simplified dashboard.
