Being sold from my personal model collection is a pre-owned 1:43 scale diecast model car by IXO of the 1934 Le Mans winning Alfa Romeo 8C 2300.

** Le Mans 24 Hours Winner **

* In 1934 the privately entered 8C 2300 of Luigi Chinetti claimed Alfa Romeo's fourth consecutive Le Mans 24 Hours race. Blue number 9 was driven by Chinetti, himself, and French Grand Prix racer Phillippe Etancelin. They completed 213 laps in their open blue sports car. This car was a short wheelbase (corto) Mille Miglia chassis coded MM-LM. The 8C 2300 was powered by Alfa Romeo's 8 cylinder in line alloy DOHC engine of 2,336cc with Roots supercharger developing about 165 bhp.
