Following medical advice we are, reluctantly, selling this very comfortable, three-bedroom, home from home mobile, because an illness has limited our use of it.

Overall, this is a clean, dry and well maintained mobile, which, with its central heating and double glazing throughout, and a gas fire in the sitting room, would be very suitable for dwelling in all year round. Ideal to live in as a second home, or to live in on site, while some building work is being done.

Included in the price is the dining table, one large gas cylinder and a set of outside steps. Also, can be included, a microwave, which fits well into the space over the fridge.


Bedrooms: (3 + pull-out double bed)
There are two double bedrooms, plus one empty bedroom which can either be used for storage, or would take a small double, two small twin beds, or it could even be fitted out with appropriately sized bunk beds. Plenty of wardrobe storage in all three bedrooms. (pull out-double bed in the sitting room)

Bathroom: (1+ separate wc)
One bathroom with small bath and shower, and wash hand basin.
Plus a separate wc and wash basin.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is set just off the dining area and has plenty of cupboards for storage of crockery and cutlery. There is a working fridge with small freezer compartment. Four gas rings for cooking on with an extractor fan above them. A working oven. A build in ironing board in the top drawer.

Dining area:
The dining area has a small dining table around which four or five people can comfortably sit.

Sitting room area:
The sitting room area has plenty of comfortable seating, with some under-seating storage. There is a pleasant bay window with a large window shelf. There are several cupboards for storage in this area, including a book/magazine rack. A large mirror is in place over the gas heater which has a small mantlepiece. There is a pull-out double bed under one of the seats. There is a gas fire for those evenings when it’s not cold enough to put the central heating on, but you want to take the chill out of the air.

There are two entrances- one at each end of the passageway, with keys provided.

We appreciate the buyer may wish to do some cosmetic upgrading, which we have taken into consideration when setting the selling price. Also taken into consideration is that the buyer will have to pay the cost for removal off the caravan site where it currently is in situ. Please do not bid unless you are able to remove the mobile from the site before the end of september.
