Electricity and water is connected, there is no hot water. It needs a water heater. They cost 150 on Amazon. The cooker is new , only one hob was used a handful of times. The storage heaters need a service. There is a gas heater included in the price. A new washer dryer only used 5 times.

Hi there , there was a leak in the past from the guttering not being cleaned before I bought it. The ceiling inside is just a chip board so it's shrank and split. It doesn't look great but it no longer leaks. I've also repaired the roof over the bay window, it's a very brittle plastic that perished.
So I taped it up with foil backed waterproofing.
Again doesn't look great. I'll add some pics in the morning.
