Mobile home
36ftx12ft Boston mobile home
Fully stripped and renovated by myself 6yrs ago in which we lived in it for the 6yrs while we saved and then built our house
Fully Rewired= new wiring throughout, new sockets (including usb sockets), new switches, new spot lights throughout, new 2bar shower pump, new water immersion, new hard wired smoke alarms, new fuse box, new heating controls, 2 large outdoor lights which are quite bright and 1 solar powered motion sensored light at the front,
Fully replumbed=New piping throughout, new pressurised central heating system to include 5 radiators (2 in the bedroom, 3 in the sitting room,) and a towel rail in the bathroom...I have a 6yr old condencing oil boiler heating the mobile which I can turn on to show how well the mobile heats up but the boiler is being sold separately, the radiators have thermostatic radiator valves on them to regulate the heat, there's an indirect insulated copper cylinder in the hotpress in the bathroom with an electric immersion, there's a 2 bar shower pump, expansion vessel and flexi filler loop for the heating system, water storage tank in the hotpress, chrome t-bar shower valve, there's a mains pipe with a valve under the mobile to connect onto with a hose so to wash the mobile or your car like I did, the hotpress is fully valved so everything can be isolated and disconnect easily,
I used the existing polystyrene insulation in the walls and covered over that with a 32mm insulated board throught all the external walls, i Fully insulated the ceilings and added rock wool into some of the areas there was no polystyrene insulation,
-Fitted new wooden flooring throughout
-New lino in bathroom
-New shower tray
-New shower door
-New tiling
-New toilet
-Fully painted it
-New gloss kitchen
-Adjustable blinds throughout
-New gas cooker (I think the large red gas bottle is half full)
-Single glazed windows...(mobile is like an oven with the heating on and the heat probably lasts about 20min once the boiler is turned off and we were going through around €1000 a year on oil and there was always someone at home during the day most days as my partner is a nurse and does shift work and I have a day off midweek every week when she's at work to mind our new born son so the heating was always on all day during the winter so it didn't burn that much oil
Everything can be easily disconnected in order to take away off site and be easily reinstalled once it's parked up again in its new destination
All sewer pipes are fitted and secured underneath and can be easily tapped onto at a point at the end of the mobile for ease of connecting and disconnecting to your new sewer system
All furniture included
I'm now not living in it and I'm looking to sell it at the right price cause I spent alot of time and money building it but at the same time I'm not desperate to sell so I won't take any silly offers cause if I don't get what I want I'm happy to keep it and give it to another family member to help them to save their money in order to get onto the property ladder like myself
I think I've covered most things but I'm happy to answer any questions...thanks
