One of the biggest advantages of this mobile home is its 10ft width. It’s is much easier to transport and position, making it ideal for sites accessed via narrow country lanes. The narrower width requires less room for manoeuvring and turning during delivery.

- Beds shown in the photos are not included; however, the double bed frame will be included in the sale.

- A couple of the window locks do not engage when closed. This has never caused us any issues and should be a straightforward fix for someone with basic DIY skills.

- Buyer must arrange transportation and removal.
