40 input channels and 32 mic inputs, with 26 motorized faders, a 5-inch color touchscreen, and color LCD displays for each channel. Comes with Lexicon reverb/delay effects, dbx compression and gates, BSS GEQ on buses, a 4-band parametric EQ on every channel, 8 VCAs, and 8 mute groups.
It has a built-in 32x32 USB audio interface for multitrack recording and playback, and can connect and control remotely via iPad or Phone.
