Beautiful vintage early 2000s feminine boho floral dress by Whistles. Brightly retro style flowers in shares of pink, yellow and blue on a midnight blue background.
The dress has delicate slightly puffed sleeves and falls below the knee and ties at the empire waist with a wide sash. The material is 100% silk.
