M& S Vintage Blue Skirt. Beautifully Elegant and Chic, Size 14 but will make you look like a 12. Fully Lined. 10 button detail at front extends into a slit which appears (on Hanger) to open into arch design as the photo shows...but in reality...both sides meet together when worn.
