Lovely Lulu and Red Skirt with Eifel Tower and Bird print. Waist is higher at the front than the back. Bustle type back. Doesn't sit well on the mannequin but sits well when worn. Cotton with a slight stretch. Fabric is 95% cotton and 5% lycra. No swaps thanks. Postage extra.
