This microphone is incredible sounding on anything needing a dynamic microphone and can handle a lot of SPL without choking.
It sounds great on guitar cabinets and is unbeatable for that application. It also has a very nice sound for vocalist who need a warmer vocal mic to take harshness down and give a nice present and thicker tone.
It also shines on trumpet, sax and woodwinds.
This mic is unbelieveable on sax and is much prefered in that application over very expensive tube and condenser microphones. It gives a really nice open, clear and smooth tone on sax
