AKG ( Philips branded ) D70

Philips branded ( made for a brief run for their home audio collection ) circa 1990 AKG model D70 dynamic cardiod microphone made in Austria with outstanding sound characteristics and easily on par with most any great dynamic microphone you could possibly think of from that era. It’s kinda like an SM57 and useful in those applications.
The D70 was based on the D70ME . It's lite weight and only 7 inches long X 1 1/4 inches wide at the tip. The only difference between the D70 and D70ME was the cable used. The D70ME used a detachable XLR cable where the D70 had a permanently attached built in cable.
Tested and fully functional it has a warm, smooth tone that is excellent for such use. Quite a strong signal as well. See info ….
