Authentic Vintage R. White’s Lemonade Wooden Crate (Dated September 1970)

This is a rare, stamped piece with fantastic social history. It features a manufacturing stamp dating it exactly to 9-71 (September 1970) and still bears the original "3d. DEPOSIT" pre-decimal typography on the side panel.

Branding: Bold, dark, and highly visible black stenciling on multiple sides.

Interior: Complete with its original internal wooden bottle dividers/grid intact (rare for crates of this age!).

Build: Sturdy, traditional dovetail finger joints on the corners and integrated cutout carry handles.

Condition: Lovely authentic rustic patina with natural aging. It has some typical vintage wear and minor wood splintering on the lower edges/corners as pictured, which only adds to its character. Wood is dry and ready to be displayed as-is or treated with wax/oil.
