Dekker ( from the 1980s as far as I can tell) ( has TM Dc Comics Inc 1982 on box)
Never opened but plastic packaging has tears in several places and box has some damage etc...

***its Been sold more as a display piece i don't know how well the plaster and paints have held up over the years I'm sure the moulds are probably still good***
