This is the early ALICE LINCLOE (LC-1) First Aid Dressing or compass pouch.
It is identical to the M1967 First Aid Dressing or compass pouch.
Later LC-2 pouches (1980's/Gulf War) are a much darker green.

Last picture shows M1967 pouch, LINCLOE LC-1 pouch and Alice LC-2 pouch for comparison.

USMC adopted the LINCLOE pouches in 1972 and Marines guarding the U.S. embassy in Saigon in April 1975 are thought to have carried them.

I’m doing a big clear-out at the moment and this is surplus to my needs.
