The Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta (5th Class)
The Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta (5th Class) is a high-ranking Polish state decoration, established in 1921, awarded for outstanding service to the state. The decoration takes the form of a white-enameled Maltese cross with an eagle and the inscription "Polonia Restituta."
