Greene's Bookshop photo card bookmarker with 2005 calendar on rear. Small format 102mm x 75mm. A nice and rare pictorial memento of the iconic Dublin bookshop which closed down in 2007 after 163 years of business. Two available. Like new. See photos. €2 per card.
Founded by John Greene in 1843, it was famously known for its distinctive green book trays laid out under a glass canopy, an in-shop post office, with literary patrons like James Joyce and Samuel Beckett.
