This is a silver plated bronze medal.

Medal designed by the renowned medalist and sculptor Félix Rasumny (1869–1940).
​His signature, "F. Rasumny," is clearly visible on the right side of the obverse (front) of the medal.
​Medal Details
​Obverse (Front): Features a profile of a woman representing "Patria" (The Fatherland). She is wearing a highly decorative helmet adorned with a small winged figure (likely a genius or victory figure holding a torch) and a rising sun behind her flowing hair.
​Reverse (Back): Displays a decorative cartouche surrounded by laurel and oak leaves. This area was left blank so that an inscription could be engraved, typically for an award, a commemorative event, or a gift.
​Material: These medals were commonly struck in Silver (often with a "crab" or "boar's head" hallmark on the edge) or silver-plated bronze.
​Period: Circa 1890–1910, during the height of the Art Nouveau movement.
